Development & Construction
The Importance of Development & Construction
Our process is focused on understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions. We know that not every fleet operates in the same way. Vehicle carrying capacity, configuration, range requirements and charging windows vary. The existing electrical supplies, available local grid capacity, and distribution infrastructure also vary from fleet to fleet and site to site.
Therefore, it is critical that your charging solution utilizes the available electrical supply to deliver the optimal loads to your vehicles at the lowest possible cost to your business. Our team carefully evaluates your existing infrastructure in the future, resulting in a bespoke solution that delivers performance.
Speak to an ExpertProject Kick-Off
After initial project discussions, customers are connected with our Development and Construction team to take the first step on their end-to-end electrification journey. During this process, the team will run an introductory call to gain an initial understanding of the workings of the customer’s depots. This information will help tailor our delivery process outlined below, ensuring the smooth electrification of your site.
Development Overview
During the Development phase, our goal is to understand your unique electrification needs by presenting a personalized scheme and offering consultations on available options. Our development team concentrates on constructing reliable solutions, allowing you to focus on your core operations without worrying about your charging infrastructure. To kickstart your electrification journey, we implement a three-step process:
Site Surveys
Examining power supply, equipment and daily operations to tailor solutions to your organization’s needs.
Smart Fleet Consultation
Utilizing data on vehicle types, power supply and operational times to calculate the most effective charging solution, helping you to avoid unnecessary expenditures.
Grid Connections
We’ll leverage our experience to work with your utility and assist you in obtaining the most effective grid connection – all while future-proofing interconnection for your growing fleet.
