FAQs
What do I do if my Mini Pro 2 is offline?
Uh oh, looks like you might need to reboot your charger. Here's how:
1. Your EV charger will be controlled by a mains power switch, this could be found on your main switchboard, a new consumer unit, or is an individual isolation switch.
Once you've located the dedicated power switch, turn it off for 30 seconds, this allows the unit to fully power down, then switch it back on. Please allow 3-5 minutes for the unit to fully reboot itself.
2. If your charger doesn’t come back online after 2-3 reboots then there may be an isolated issue that our team will need to look into.

Why is my car not registering charge?
1. Check that the cable is plugged in fully at both charger and vehicle end (if a tethered unit just the vehicle end).
2. If the cable is fully seated, check the colour of the LED light on the charger.
3. If it’s green, check if the vehicle is charging through either the vehicle app or the vehicle dashboard.
4. If it’s blue then disconnect the cable from both ends and plug back in. Insert the cable into the vehicle first and then the charger.
5. If the LED is still blue, try another charging cable.
What do I do if my EO Mini Pro 2 won't connect to the internet?

2. After your charger has rebooted, open the EO Smart Home app and check that all permissions are set to "allowed" or "while using".
3. Open your Wi-Fi settings on the phone and forget the EOHub-#### network.
