EO App - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the EO App - by using this mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. This agreement is between EO Charging and you, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this application. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please decline the agreement. Failure to accept this agreement will prohibit you from accessing the features contained in this application.
EO Charging (we, us, our) refers to Juuce Limited trading as 'EO Charging' who is the owner of the application. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09314212, whose registered office is at Tomo House, Tomo Road, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 5AY and whose VAT number is 207988371. The term 'you' refers to the user of the EO App.
The use of this application is subject to the following Terms of use. These Terms, are only in the English language.
Use of the application is regarded as consenting to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document, as well as the application Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that you have read and agree to the application Privacy Policy, and understand this may be updated in future. We will attempt to notify you of changes to the Privacy Policy through the application, however it is your responsibility to check regularly for updates.
The content of this application is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Where possible, we will attempt to maintain your current account settings and user data.
You agree that your user account was created in your name with accurate and current information. Use of this account is only for the user for which it was created; sharing of these credentials is considered a violation of this agreement.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the security of your mobile device and user account and will not share your username/password with others. We are not liable for any damages caused by unauthorised access to your physical device.
This application contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that the functions, information and materials contained in this application may contain inaccuracies or errors. We expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Unauthorised use of the EO App may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
Your use of the EO App and any dispute arising out of such use of the application is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Violation of these Terms and Conditions may lead to the termination of your user account and the loss of any settings/data associated with it. This document contains version 1.1 of the Terms and Conditions of the use of the EO App mobile application. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. We will endeavour to update you regarding any changes to this agreement, which can be accessed at any time from the main menu.
