EO Charging adds new Cloud features to drive operational efficiency for fleets
From enhanced vehicle management to charger prioritisation, EO is making fleet charging simpler, faster and smarter.
London, 29th July 2025 – EO Charging, global leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions for fleets, has today added new features to its EO Cloud platform, including enhanced vehicle management, a site-level control dashboard, and smarter energy management tools, designed to improve operational efficiency for commercial fleets.
For many operators, responding to operational needs and making fast, but informed, decisions are critical to business continuity. With EO’s new cloud features, fleet managers can better control and optimise electric vehicle charging, helping them improve efficiency and enable more vehicles to meet their duty cycles. Key updates include:
SiteOps Dashboard for faster and smarter site management: EO’s new SiteOps dashboard within the EO Cloud provides rich, real-time data insights specific to each depot. Operators managing multiple locations can now monitor charging status, vehicle readiness, and energy usage at a site level, making it easier to identify and mitigate charging issues quickly.
Depot management “on-the-go": With an intuitive user interface and tablet compatibility, operators can now manage multiple depots, chargers and vehicles from anywhere, without the need for larger screens. SiteOps transforms day-to-day working practices for fleets and has been built on our extensive experience of depot management and deep understanding of customer’s needs.

Smarter Self-healing technology: EO Cloud’s pioneering self-healing system, which already resolves 47% of system faults, can now respond more quickly and comprehensively to charging issues, reducing downtime and minimising the need for on-site support.
Enhanced vehicle management: Adding new vehicles to the EO Cloud is now easier than ever. Fleet managers can seamlessly batch-upload vehicles via a CSV file, with automatic detection of those connected via Telematics or a MAC Address. This allows vehicles to be registered in one-click within the EO Cloud Console, saving time and helping fleets scale with ease.
Further improvements to energy management: Operators can now prioritise power to individual chargers or circuits within a depot to ensure that power reaches the right vehicles at the right time to meet the operational requirements of the fleet.
EO’s new smart meter integration enables fleets to better manage their energy consumption. Through a holistic overview of site energy requirements, fleets can balance operational power with charging needs, to make sure power consumption is optimised against site limits.

We’re incredibly excited to launch new features within the EO Cloud platform. At EO, we’re passionate about helping our customers manage their electric fleets with confidence and efficiency, and we believe the capabilities launched today will do exactly that.
