EO Achieves ISO 9001 Certification

EO Charging, one of the UK’s leading electric vehicle charger manufacturers, is pleased to announce that it has achieved ISO 9001 certification.

The ISO 9001 certification is the most widely accepted and trusted quality management system globally for any business. This independent assessment was conducted by the British Assessment Bureau, a leading Certification Body, and demonstrates EO’s commitment to customer service and quality in delivery.

EO & ISO 9001 Certification

The ISO 9001 certification provides the framework and guidance needed to help EO Charging consistently meet its customer’s expectations and regulatory requirements. A Quality Management System such as ISO 9001 helps to streamline processes, reduce errors, free up valuable management time and improve internal communications. This accreditation demonstrates EO Charging’s customer-centred approach as well as its commitment to delivering an industry-leading service

"ISO 9001 accreditation is the next step of our journey in making electric vehicle charging simple for both our customers and employees. We are constantly assessing and improving our processes and this certification will ensure we’re able to support our global growth."
